Returns Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
Contact us and we will confirm the return details. You will need to return the product to us within 7 days starting from the day the item was delivered to you. You must return it to us unused and in its original condition, unless faulty, within 7 days for a prompt exchange or refund.If your item is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it.

Please note:
Some items such as e-products, cannot be refunded unless faulty.
We will refund the price of the product in full. Your original delivery charges will not be refunded. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving it. Your refund will be processed via the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Please allow 2-5 days for the refund amount to be shown on card statement.
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective, in the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the product(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items would need to be returned at your own cost.
If your order qualified for free delivery and the item is returned then the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
